A 4-week somatic pole experience for the woman ready to trade "doing" for "being. We use the pole as a tool for grounding, helping you move with intention while quieting the noise of the outside world."We acknowledge that coming home to your body can feel vulnerable, even scary. That is why we do it together, in a small, sacred circle. This is not about performing a trick; it’s about the quiet, concrete work of trusting your own skin again.

Embodiment: is the practice of being fully present in your body, not just thinking, but feeling and responding from it.
Somatic: work focuses on your body’s real-time experience, your breath, tension, movement, and nervous system responses.Together, this means you’re not just learning movements, you’re learning how to feel, understand, and work with your body as it happens.

This is a progressive experience, so each session builds on the last. Attending consistently will give you the most out of it. That said, life happens. If you need to miss a session, you’ll still be able to return and continue.

Wear something you feel comfortable and confident moving in. Fitted (biker) shorts and a tank or sports bra are recommended for grip. You can layer at the start and adjust as you warm up.

This experience is facilitated by Courtney-Regine, a licensed somatic therapist who helps women reconnect with their bodies and move through patterns in real time. Her approach blends movement, nervous system work, and emotional depth, creating a space where you can feel supported, seen, and grounded.
